Colorado Doesn’t Have a Corner on the Market of Beautiful Sunsets

We are blessed in western Colorado to frequently enjoy some beautiful sunsets. After a weekend trip, I've learned that Colorado doesn't have a corner on the market.

My broadcast partner, Greg Reed, and I were in New Mexico to cover the Colorado Mesa Mavericks game with Western New Mexico. Shortly after our arrival in Silver City, down in the southwest corner of the state, a small storm blew through. When it was over, we enjoyed an absolutely gorgeous sunset featuring some bright pinks and reds. For some reason, I was surprised to find such beauty in New Mexico.

The following day, as we heading back to Grand Junction we caught a glimpse of another colorful sunset. I had the thought, I need to share these with everyone back home. So, here you go.

Turns out Colorado doesn't have the market on beautiful sunsets after all.
