Brooklyn Man Has World’s Largest Pizza Box Collection

Everyone eats the pizza and throws out the box. Everyone, except Scott Wiener. The Brooklyn man doesn't want pizza, he wants the box. Now, Wiener holds the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of pizza boxes.

Wiener set the record by collecting 595 pizza boxes from around the world. (He's since added several more to his collection which now tops 600).

Wiener has even published a book titled Viva la Pizza! which showcases some of his collection, the history behind pizza boxes around the world and the artwork that graces the box.

In an interview with Business Insider, Wiener had this to say about the seemingly odd item to collect.

"I wanted to make it an academic pursuit.. With the book out, my collection looks less like this thing a weirdo spent his time doing."
