Bizarre Ice Phenomenon Captured On Video

It's been so cold in some parts of Minnesota this winter that some of the lakes are just now beginning to thaw. As the temperatures warm, 'Chandeliering Ice' or ice splinters are appearing along the shore of Medicine Lake.This incredible phenomenon requires the perfect combination of ice, wind and just the right temperature. Mother nature is truly amazing.
