Okay, so maybe the headline is a bit of a dichotomy, because when it comes to JUCO there aren't a lot of good options for parking. But, it is what it is. A select few will be able to park in the main lot outside the stadium, and for all the games except the Monday night fireworks game, there will be additional parking in the field between the left field bleachers and the golf course. So, what's the next best option.

For starters, for people who don't mind walking a few blocks  you can always park along Gunnison Avenue, and in neighborhoods south and west of Lincoln Park. The stroll isn't any worse than if you were parking at a Colorado Rockies game and then walking to the stadium. One of the advantages of parking farther away from the stadium is that it makes it quicker and easier for you to get on your way after the game.

It is generally  not a good idea to park in business parking lots along North Avenue, especially those that remain open after 5:00pm. Understandably, those businesses want their parking lots available for customer use.

If walking more than a couple of blocks is not an option for you, it is  a really good idea to utilize the free shuttle service that is provided.  You can park along 12th Avenue, and utilize the CMU Parking Garage, or the lot next to Walker Field and Brownson Arena. The pick up location will be at the bus stop by Elm Avenue, and will drop fans off outside the stadium on North Avenue. The shuttle service is free when you show your JUCO pass or single game ticket. The shuttle service starts one hour before game time, and every 15 minutes following the conclusion of each game. It may take a little extra time to get back to your vehicle after the game, but, for some people it's a much better option than walking a great distance.

The key here is patience. Give yourself plenty of time to get to the ball park, and allow for large crowds and delays. If you are in a big hurry  you are going to feel frustrated and stressed, and that's not what  your JUCO experience should be about. If you have questions about the shuttle schedule you will find the answers here.
