This April Fool's commercial proves even bacon isn't immune from the practical jokes associated with the day.Ever wonder how April Fool's Day got started? One of the more popular theories believes that in the 16th century when they switched from the old Julian calendar to the Gregorian calendar, New Years was moved from around April 1st  to January 1st.

 People who were not notified of the change, or refused to recognize the new calendar, were often pranked around April 1st.
