30-Year-Old Male is this Weeks ‘Most Wanted’

This 30-year-old male has a hard time keeping his hands to himself and has caught a legal case because of his temper. Devon Lee Powell is a 5’9” 170lbs man with brown eyes and hair wanted by the Grand Junction Police.
